Enrique and Victor Hernandez were born in Mexico City, Mexico.
Their family has been in the restaurant business a long time.
In fact, the Burrito Poco Loco and Chili Colorado Sauce are their
Grandmother's recipes.
They moved to Champaign in 1993 and opened their first restaurant,
Cancun, at the Philo location. In 1998, their partner moved to
Indianapolis to open another Cancun. That's when they changed
to the Margarita's name. Now they have two restaurants and an
international convenience store, Cinco de Mayo, which stocks
mainly Mexican and South American products.
